Sign in with Microsoft (Gleap app)

Sign in to the Gleap app with a Microsoft Entra access token for Gleap's API. The session lives as long as the Microsoft token; the app calls this again with a fresh token to renew it. 403 microsoft_account_not_member when no organisation of that tenant has this person as a member.
