List the boards (ticket types) of the project in sidebar order. Each board carries its
type (the value stored on tickets), name, path, renderType and its columns in
options.possibleLanes (key is the ticket status). Boards limited to some members list
them in restrictedToUsers, and the AI agents whose runs may still read them in
restrictedToAgents. A built-in board renamed on 2026-10-18 (Inquiry → Conversation,
Roadmap / Feature request → Idea) also carries legacyName / legacyMenuName, its names
before the rename; its contact events keep the legacy name ("Inquiry submitted").
Only the boards the caller may see are listed: a board limited to some members or teams
(restrictedToUsers, restrictedToTeams) is left out for everyone else except admins.
