List a project's companies, most recently seen first. Paginated via skip (default 0) and limit
(default 50, maximum 200); search filters by a case-insensitive substring match on the company name.
Returns a summary of each company (companyId, name, plan, value, domain, lastSeenAt,
createdAt); use GET /companies/{companyId} for the full record.

Request and response shapes of the companies API. They exist for the OpenAPI spec (the docs playground renders a body form from it); the service still whitelists and coerces every field itself (normalizeCompanyPayload).
