Start a new conversation

You can manually start a new conversation with the following method:

JavaScript

Gleap.getInstance().startConversation(true);

Open the conversation history

If you'd like to manually show the conversation history of the Gleap widget, you can do so by calling the following method:

Gleap.getInstance().openConversations();

To hide the back button, pass false: Gleap.getInstance().openConversations(false). The showBackButton argument works as expected since SDK v19.0.0; before, it did the opposite.
