Get survey insights

The stored AI insights: { themes, summary, drivers, segments, alerts, updatedAt }. Never runs the model. Query version (a positive integer, the Results page's version filter): each theme's count is that version's mentions and the result carries version: N; summary, drivers, segments and alerts stay across all versions.
