Get a random sample of up to 10,000 responses for a survey, for client-side aggregation. Returns
{ samples, sampleSize, count } where count is the total number of matching responses and
sampleSize is the 10,000 sampling ceiling. Each sample is trimmed to createdAt, formData,
shareToken and a minimal session (_id, name, email).
