This page describes the plans introduced in October 2026. It applies to workspaces created since then and to organizations that move to a 2026 Team or Pro price. Organizations on an earlier plan keep their current features, limits, email allowance and token-based AI billing, with the balance in US dollars, until they change plan. Enterprise contracts follow their agreement.
Plans
- Team has every agent: Kai Support, Kai Copilot, Kai Specialist, Kai Code, Kai PM and your own custom agents.
- Pro adds Kai Voice, LLM model choice, advanced reports, custom roles and permissions, the SOC 2 report, higher API and MCP limits and priority support.
- Yearly billing gets two months free. GDPR compliance and EU or US data hosting are available on every plan. Plan prices are also on the pricing page.
Free trial
A new workspace starts with 7 days of Pro, no credit card needed. The trial can be used once per person and once per company domain; further workspaces start on Free.- 50 Kai Support resolutions included during the trial. Kai Support is never charged in the trial, also when the review of a trial conversation finishes after you subscribed.
- Trial credit: the workspace gets a trial credit of up to 50 in your currency (up to $50, EUR 50 or GBP 50) for the usage-based agents: Kai Specialist, Kai Code, Kai PM, custom agents, AI workflow steps and Kai Voice. When it is used up, these agents pause until you subscribe. Top-ups are not available during the trial.
- YouTube videos: up to 1 hour of video during the trial, videos up to 30 minutes, one video at a time (playlists and channels from Team). The analysis is paid from the trial credit.
- After the trial: if you subscribe, you keep what is left of the trial credit. If you don’t, the workspace moves to Free and the rest of the trial credit is removed.
AI agents
Kai Support: $0.29 per resolution
On Team and Pro, Kai Support costs $0.29, EUR 0.29 or GBP 0.25 per resolution, in your billing currency. A resolution is a conversation that Kai Support answered, where the customer did not ask for a human within 72 hours, and where Gleap’s review confirms that Kai Support resolved it. A teammate’s thank-you or closing note doesn’t count as solving it: the review checks who actually solved the customer’s problem. Each conversation is charged at most once; if a customer reopens later, that is a new conversation. Nothing is charged for a conversation Kai Support hands to your team, a conversation a teammate actually solves, or an answer the review does not confirm. Kai Support is never charged on Free or during the trial. Gleap picks the model Kai Support runs on. The 72 hours start again with every new message. If Kai Support was the only one answering, the conversation closes automatically after three days without a reply and is reviewed. If a teammate also took part, the ticket stays open and is reviewed for billing only. Every billed resolution is shown on the ticket together with the review’s reason.Kai Specialist: usage based
Kai Specialist runs open-ended investigations, so it is billed by the tokens the model uses, at the provider’s rate plus Gleap’s margin. An investigation costs about $0.49 on average; the cost of each one depends on how much work it takes. Gleap picks the model for Kai Specialist. When an investigation reaches into your code, that part runs as Kai Code and is billed as Kai Code usage.Kai Code: your own subscription or API usage pricing
Every teammate chooses where Kai Code runs:- Kai Code Bridge runs sessions on your own computer or server with your own Claude Code, Codex or Cursor subscription. Gleap doesn’t bill these sessions.
- Kai Code Cloud runs sessions in Gleap’s sandbox at API usage pricing: the tokens the model uses, at the provider’s API rate plus Gleap’s margin, paid from the AI balance. The cost of a session depends on the model and on how much work it takes.
Kai PM, custom agents and AI workflow steps: usage based
These are billed by the tokens the model uses, at the provider’s rate plus Gleap’s margin. On Pro and Enterprise you choose the model for Kai Code, custom agents and AI workflow steps, which also sets the cost per task. On Team they run on Gleap’s default model.Kai Voice: per minute
Kai Voice is available on Pro and Enterprise and is billed per minute of call time from the AI balance. Phone and SMS for teams are coming soon.YouTube videos: usage based, with a monthly allowance
Kai can learn from YouTube videos, playlists and channels on Team, Pro and Enterprise. An AI model watches and transcribes each video, and the analysis is billed from the AI balance by the tokens it uses, like the team agents. Before an import starts, the dialog shows the estimated cost and how much of your allowance it uses; the import starts only when the AI balance covers the estimate.
Videos you already imported are skipped and not analysed again. When a playlist doesn’t fit what is left of the month, you can import its first videos that fit. A video whose analysis fails gives its minutes back. The allowance starts over on the first day of each month (UTC).
Included
Kai Copilot, translations, summaries, tagging, assignment, ticket review, help-center search and the website crawler are included in your plan and never billed. Hand-offs from Kai Support to your team are free. The website crawler reads up to your plan’s number of pages across all websites in the workspace (see the table above). You can recrawl a website by hand once a day. Scheduled recrawls pause for a website Kai Support hasn’t cited in an answer for 90 days, and resume when Kai Support cites it again or a teammate recrawls it.Emails to customers
Free includes 100 emails to customers a month. Above that, emails stop until the next month; Free is never billed. Team and Pro include 1,000 emails a month. Above that, emails cost $2, EUR 2 or GBP 2 per 1,000, billed on your subscription invoice. Enterprise plans get volume discounts.API and MCP limits
Free has no API keys, webhooks, MCP access or integrations. On paid plans, the limits per minute are:
Above a limit, requests are answered with
429 Too Many Requests and a Retry-After header.
The AI balance
Usage-based AI on Team and Pro is paid from one prepaid balance per organization, in your billing currency (US dollars, euros or pounds). The balance is worth its face value: EUR 50 buys EUR 50. Your balance, usage, the resolution price, the yearly AI credit and the trial credit are all shown in that currency. Manage it under Organization settings → Billing:- Balance and the amounts you have added.
- Auto-recharge: on by default on paid plans. When the balance runs low, Gleap adds funds with your payment method on file, so your agents keep working. You can turn it off at any time.
- This month: Kai Support resolutions and their total, usage per agent (Kai Specialist, Kai Code, Kai PM, custom agents and AI workflow steps) and the included features listed as included.
