Get engagement fixed audience samples

Estimate the fixed audience of an engagement. Send targetAudience and conditions in the body to preview a candidate audience without saving it. csvContacts may be sent as well: an object with sessionIds previews that (possibly unsaved) uploaded list, null previews the rules-based audience, and omitting it uses the stored list. Returns { sample, count, limitReached, limit }.
