# Update a board

`PUT https://api.gleap.io/v3/ticket-types/{type}`

Update one board. Only the fields sent are changed. Removing a column from `options.possibleLanes` moves its tickets to the Open column (or the first remaining one).

- `restrictedToUsers` (string[] | null): Members (user ids) who may see this board. Empty here and in `restrictedToTeams` = everyone. Changing who may see a board needs the board permissions right (admins, managers).
- `restrictedToTeams` (string[] | null): Teams (team ids) whose members may see this board.
- `restrictedToAgents` (string[] | null): Agents whose runs may read this board while it is restricted.
- `assignTo` (object | null): Which team takes the board's new tickets nobody owns: `default` (the project's default team), `team` (with `team`, a team id of this project) or `nobody`.

  - `mode` (enum<string>, required): One of: `default`, `team`, `nobody`.
- `botRestrictedToUsers` (string[] | null): INQUIRY board only: members who may see the automated (Kai) conversations. Empty here and in `botRestrictedToTeams` = the same people as the Conversations board.
- `botRestrictedToTeams` (string[] | null): INQUIRY board only: teams whose members may see the automated (Kai) conversations.
- `receievedEmailTitle` (any)
- `receievedEmailDescription` (any)
- `feedbackReceivedEmailTemplate` (any)
- `emailReplyTemplate` (any)
- `priorities` (any[]): The full priority list in urgency order (most urgent first): `{ key?, title, color, archived?, isDefault? }`. Omit `key` for new priorities. LOW / MEDIUM / HIGH can be renamed or archived but not removed.
- `agentWorkingLane` (object | null): Where an AI agent working on a ticket of this board moves it: `{ move: true, laneKey }` (a column of the board, not a closing one) or `{ move: false }` (don't move). `null` goes back to the default: the In progress column while it keeps its default title, else nowhere. When the agent stops working, the ticket goes back to the column it came from unless someone moved it meanwhile.
