# Unassign the agent

`POST https://api.gleap.io/v3/hard-tickets/tickets/{ticketId}/unassign-agent`

Unassign the agent: it stops at once (the episode bump first; a hosted run is cancelled, an app's session gets STOP on its next Gleap call). The human owner drives.

## Authorization

- `Authorization` (header, required): `Bearer <token>`
