# Snooze a ticket

`PUT https://api.gleap.io/v3/tickets/{ticketId}/snooze`

Snoozes a ticket for `duration` seconds: sets `snoozedUntil`, moves the status to `SNOOZED` and clears the unread flag. The ticket reopens automatically when the snooze expires.

## Authorization

- `Authorization` (header, required): `Bearer <token>`

- `duration` (number<double>, required): Snooze length in seconds (>= 0).
