# Send a proposed reply

`POST https://api.gleap.io/v3/hard-tickets/cards/{taskId}/send`

Send a proposed reply as Kai Support (as proposed, or with `text` edited in the card). Approval, not a take-over: the agent keeps driving. Records the send for its kind (direct sending after 9 in 10 unedited).
