# Get a ticket's pane thread

`GET https://api.gleap.io/v3/hard-tickets/tickets/{ticketId}/thread`

The Copilot pane's one thread, oldest first: Kai Support's hand-over, hand-over chips, agent turns with their steps, messages to and from the customer, Gleap's own lines, solved checks, struck lines of dismissed cards, Done. Built from what is stored by ticket; `hardticket.thread` events only say "re-read".
