# Get the service-notice status of an email

`GET https://api.gleap.io/v3/engagement/emails/{engagementEmailId}/service-notice-status`

The service-notice check state of an email's current content: `verdict` (`pass`, `fail`, `unavailable`, `pending_review`, `approved`, `rejected`, or null when it was never checked), the `category` the check found and the `reviewTicketId` of a requested review. `available` is false when the project can't send service notices at all (feature off, no own sending server, not set up yet, paused), with the reason in `unavailableReason`.

## Authorization

- `Authorization` (header, required): `Bearer <token>`

## Path parameters

- `engagementEmailId` (string, required)

## Headers
