# Dismiss a ticket's hand-over card

`POST https://api.gleap.io/v3/hard-tickets/tickets/{ticketId}/handover/dismiss`

Close the pane's hand-over card (its X). It stays closed for this hand-over only: the next hand-over to a person shows its card again. Nothing else changes: the owner, the agent and the customer's conversation stay as they are.
