# Delete a collection

`DELETE https://api.gleap.io/v3/helpcenter/collections/{helpcenterCollectionId}`

Delete a help center collection. The collection must be empty: the request is rejected with 409 while it still contains articles. Subcollections are not deleted; move or delete them first. Returns `{ success: true }`.

- `Authorization` (header, required): `Bearer <token>`
