# Answer help center question

`GET https://api.gleap.io/v3/shared/helpcenter/answer`

Answer a visitor question with AI (Kai Support, with its settings), grounded in the help center's content. Pass the question in the `question` query parameter (required) and optionally `lang`. Returns the generated answer under `answer` and, when Kai shows sources, the articles it cited under `sources` (`id`, `title`, `url`, `sourceType`). Same authentication headers as the search endpoint.
