# .NET MAUI SDK: Conversations

Open and manage customer conversations with the Gleap .NET MAUI SDK. Follow the integration code examples.

## Start a new conversation

You can manually start a new conversation with the following method:

```csharp
Gleap.StartConversation(showBackButton: true);
```

To start a conversation with a specific bot, pass its id:

```csharp
Gleap.StartBot("BOT_ID", showBackButton: true);
```

## Open the conversation history

If you'd like to manually show the conversation history of the Gleap widget, you can do so by calling the following method:

```csharp
Gleap.OpenConversations(showBackButton: true);
```
