# Flutter SDK: Conversations

Open and manage customer conversations with the Gleap Flutter SDK. Follow the integration code examples.

## Start a new conversation

You can manually start a new conversation with the following method:

```javascript
Gleap.startConversation(showBackButton: true);
```

## Open the conversation history

If you'd like to manually show the conversation history of the Gleap widget, you can do so by calling the following method:

```javascript
Gleap.openConversations();
```
