# Flutter SDK: Widget control

Open and close the Gleap widget programmatically with the Gleap Flutter SDK. Follow the integration code examples.

In some situations you might want to take full control over showing the Gleap widget. This can be achieved with the following method.

### Open the Gleap widget

```dart
Gleap.open();
```

This method opens the Gleap widget and shows the feedback menu options.

### Close the Gleap widget

```dart
Gleap.close();
```

This method closes the Gleap widget.

### Widget open status

It's possible to request the widget open status with the following method.

```dart
Gleap.isOpened();
```
