A board ("ticket type") of a project — one document per board.

Boards used to be the embedded `projectTypes` array on Project. They
        moved

here so each board is written on its own (no more whole-array overwrites

losing a concurrent edit to another board) and carries a stable `_id`.

Field names are deliberately identical to the old embedded entries

(including the `receievedEmail*` typo): consumers only change where they
        get

the list from, not how they read a board.
